This product is labeled as gentle and 'sulphate free'. The second ingredient on the list is olefin sulfonate. While it's not sodium lauryl sulfate, which is commonly found in soaps and shampoos, it's just as pungent. This product is very harmful to the eyes and other sensitive areas. I suffered a minor chemical burn on a very sensitive part of my body. It doesn't smell like lemongrass at all. It smells more like a combination of oranges and musk. Not an appealing scent at all. This product lathers well and cleans well. If it were labeled as hand soap I would probably be okay with that. But it's too hard for a body wash.
