Don't waste money. It's a thin piece of plastic.

This product is nothing more than a thin plastic box with a flimsy plastic fan that is so thin it does almost nothing. I highly recommend it unless you're buying it for five bucks and planning on sticking it right in front of your face. It's probably the equivalent of those little handheld electric fans you can buy and honestly I think they're better value even with the blades open.
