A set of peripherals for two machines

I installed this between my personal desktop and work laptop to replace my Razer Widowmaker, Logitech G600 and two monitors. Bad: 1. You must use HDMI and VGA ports and DisplayLink drivers to connect monitors to this hub. I have 4K monitors with Displayport outputs and a GTX 1660 card for gaming. Of course I still have to swap cables and connect monitors to my desktop when I want to game, but for the rest of my desktop needs the video drivers are fine. 2. You need a switch to connect to a hub if you want to seamlessly transition between two machines. Fortunately, Plugable makes one. Look for the USB power button on the website. Buy it. You'll be glad you did well: 1. Everything else including Plugable tech support when the USB port on my laptop worked fine for me. It seriously takes me a button press and a matter of seconds to switch between rigs. I work remotely most days but am on site once a week and never have a problem getting home and reconnecting to the Switch. personal system at the push of a button. Mitchell from Tech Support gave me the help I needed to fix a few minor issues. Considering the products and the people, this money was well spent. Definitely worth it.
