Review on Microcell Wireless Signal Booster Antenna by Dave Hammon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worked as expected in signal boosters

Our home is in an area with patchy AT&T coverage and voice calls were annoying. Bells were almost always installed, but it was very difficult to find a place in the house where people could hear you speaking to them. Even if you found a spot where you could stand on one leg and lean towards the window, from time to time the spot would move and you'd go back to searching. So we decided to buy this used microcell and hope it works. I was nervous about bad reviews and people who couldn't make it work. But to my surprise, the installation and the product worked exactly as described. I plugged it in, waited about 15 minutes, then registered on the A&T website. I'm not a very patient person, but after about 90 minutes of walking and checking the blinking lights on the front of the microcell, the GPS and 3G lights stopped blinking and turned green. Although I was tempted to turn it off and restart it a few times, I'm glad I fought back and let it do its thing. For people like me, I would recommend doing this before bed or before leaving the house to avoid spending 90 minutes looking at flashing lights. Maybe I got lucky and chose a good seller - Mani Products. There are several sellers of these used micronutrients and I chose Mani Products based on their reviews and they said they tested the units to ensure they were not previously owner registered and ready for the new registration process. Given some of the bad reviews for this product, I recommend checking the seller ratings.
