Exactly what we needed.

My sister uses her second one so she knew it would work and it does. Previously sketchy lighting is now filled with streaks. It was a pleasure working with the FeedtheJoy seller. I noticed that we are apart every day. The tech bro suggests the problem is the router's default setting when it's considered idle for a long period of time. We monitor the events to determine the cause and, if necessary, a solution. Simply disconnect, reconnect in between.

Works like a charm for signal boosters

I enjoyed using my ATT Microcell when I had it. Good product. But I switched to another operator and got rid of the trace element. The seller asks a lot of $$ for it. And I don't see a word that it's new or used. This requires a power supply which must be included so I don't understand why Revain would recommend buying a power supply unless it is a repair and there is no power supply. Cisco hasn't made Microcell for about 4 years. So make sure it's there. and you can find it elsewhere for a…

Silver lining found!

Couldn't believe about 6 months ago when I started having problems with my signal at my apartment I kept calling them and when I finally contacted an AT&T tech support rep who was very helpful, they said they didn't guarantee the signal would work INSIDE. What? I can't use my cell phone indoors? They said they checked all the towers (ha!) and I was right in the middle of three but maybe blah blah blah. So I was very excited that I had to buy something to get signal IN MY HOUSE! Ordered this…

Troubleshooting Weak Cedll Phone Signal

If you can tie your shoelaces without tripping over yourself you should be able to install and set up this microcell with ease. I wish I had known that much sooner. My AT&T cell signal is terrible --- I rarely get more than 2 bands - most of the time just 1 band. This is on my home cordless phone and on two different cell phones. I have discussed this signal issue with AT&T several times, but they never mentioned this device. I did my homework, ordered, received and started 1 hour after…

Worked as expected in signal boosters

Our home is in an area with patchy AT&T coverage and voice calls were annoying. Bells were almost always installed, but it was very difficult to find a place in the house where people could hear you speaking to them. Even if you found a spot where you could stand on one leg and lean towards the window, from time to time the spot would move and you'd go back to searching. So we decided to buy this used microcell and hope it works. I was nervous about bad reviews and people who couldn't make it…

I HAVE 5 BARS NOW! suitable for accessories

The installation/connection of the device is very simple. The guide is good, easy to follow and can be filled out on the MicroCell website. Activation caused me a few problems. After the first 90 minutes of work to complete activation, I blinked a red network light. I've followed the troubleshooting steps to unplug from the wall outlet and wait at least a minute (I waited 3 minutes) to reconnect to the wall outlet. The manual says the reconfiguration will take about 30 minutes, it took me an…
