Subtle replica of the laminar lip. I have the darkened version and the view is ok but the material is not designed to be able to see through the road so there is a lot of distortion. Luckily, it's designed to fit a quarter of the fairing, and the fairing is low enough that the lip isn't high enough to see over it. However I think it's worth noting that if you plan on mounting this to see through on the road you'll be disappointed as the distortion is noticeable. Installation is easy and there are no instructions included with the product. . There are 6 supplied 3 meter double locking tabs. Glue them to the fairing and lip and press until they snap into place. The tongues are similar to Velcro, but are made of thick polymer teeth. It won't come off, so don't worry. I would like it if the adhesive backing was black. They're actually white, so when the lip is in place, white spots appear in place of the protrusions, and they're very noticeable on my black trim. I chose to buy it with clear windows because the tinted ones are too dark for night driving. . I leaned towards the window because I still can't see the street through it. It's decent overall, but I think it could have been cheaper considering I could buy a true laminar lip for $25 more.
