I recently bought one of these for my injured and sore back. After three unsuccessful surgeries, my posture became hunched and crooked over time. Nothing could cure it, but the back brace provided enough support that I was able to walk and sit much more comfortably. I bought a large one first, but decided I needed a very large one, so I ordered another one that worked even better. I recommend it and the price is definitely affordable.
