Review on Enhance Your Listening Experience with Kipcush White Noise Bluetooth Transmitter & High Fidelity Soundtracks, Exclusively for Apple Earphones - Portable & Rechargeable by Chris Bond

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Solid features, perfect travel size but no functionality

This is my second white noise Kipcush Bluetooth device. I liked the large model so much that I decided to try this smaller Bluetooth white noise transmitter for on the go. This device is compact, portable, versatile, lightweight, wireless, easy to use but difficult to use. This device didn't impress me as much as the previous model. I like the features, the button layout felt delayed. Sometimes when I pick up this device, my fingers press the buttons unintentionally. This is a nuisance! I wish the buttons were better placed on this device. Pairing with my iPod wasn't too difficult and I love that this unit has 20 white noise options. That's twice as many white noise options as the larger Kipcush model. However, it would be nice if there was a pre-record representing each selection. As I scroll through the different sounds, I have a hard time identifying them. And if you miss what you want to hear, you have to go back, and that can be frustrating. Surprisingly, this device has 32 volume settings while the larger model only has 10 settings. I'm amazed that this smaller device has more advanced features than the larger one. This model is also wireless, but only half the size of its older brother. Volume, sound quality and battery life are satisfactory. I chose this smaller version based on a lot of experience with the large Kipcush white noise generator/wireless bluetooth speaker. This device gets the job done, but I like the design, functionality, and affordability of a larger device better. I understand that this portable model offers more robust features but costs close to $50; It's a bit pricey considering the design flaws. Although it works as advertised; I would take the larger Kipcush model for half the price.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • For old
