I sent a message through ebay's website thinking the reply should go there however it was going to an email which I rarely check and used when I set up my amazon account years ago. Push notifications to my devices usually update me well enough so I thought nothing of it. After reaching out a couple of times I finally left the three star review you can read below. The long story short is, we made contact and they sent an extra battery and roof lights for free! I would give them 5 stars, but it looks like one of the car's front tires is slipping now and it's basically a 3 wheel drive truck. I haven't done anything too crazy with it and wouldn't expect this to happen this early on though I played with it every day and my son who is 23 months old loves to chase it along with the neighbors dog. I'll contact them to see what I need after I get a chance to take a look at it more closely. End update.Old review: Customer service is horrible and non-existent, but the car is awesome. If I purchase from a company I'd at least like for them to show enough respect to respond to my inquiries. I've waited over a week before leaving this feedback after asking multiple times if they can sell me an extra battery. I hate having to charge it for 2.5 to 3 hours to play with it again. It's not as fast as they say, but is still plenty fast for the price. Too fast to play with in tight indoor spaces unless you're really skilled at driving it. I absolutely love the car. So far it's proved to be very durable, but with the way I drive it some spare parts and an extra battery would be nice. I'm having to give 3 stars because again, the customer service is horrible otherwise I'd give the car 5. I'd also like tracking updates. So I can be sure to be home or in town when the package arrives. The arrival date range they gave me was ridiculously wide even though it showed up a day early and I happened to be home. If there is an issue I am not comfortable with this company dealing with it properly as they do not respond. I still want an extra battery. It's a unique design or I'd just find one elsewhere.
