These lights are so incredibly thin that they pack surprisingly small these days. They look good and still feel well made. Just wire through the junction box like any other light. And installation is just as easy, just cut a hole and insert like feather wings, great idea. They say they equate to around 70 watts, which I think is spot on for the brightness. It's a little lackluster for me on where to use them, but I'll find places to use them. Good light, good price, happy to recommend.
