Fabric and soft fur-like lining are excellent qualities. They don't feel too hot indoors for a few hours in cold or wet weather. With a diaper or garters, they are quite tight, but at the same time long. This is the second pair I've bought. To shorten the length, I hem and sew at the top to shorten it and sew with a wide zigzag stitch (to keep the waist stretched). Same comments for size 2 and 3. If there is 2-1.5 inches more in the waist and hips, they are perfect. Fancy shin design, double cuff, ideal for tucking into boots or shoes and keeping snow out.
