The product corresponds to the description. It is a bit difficult to "open" the adjustable handle to insert the dryer. After the head has been rotated to the desired width, it must be held at that width to insert the dryer, ie a third hand is required. The "lock button" doesn't do anything, so it would be great if it actually worked. Once you manage to attach the hair dryer to the diffuser, it works great. It's good for travel as it's lightweight and much more compact than typical diffuser attachments. Overall I'm happy with this diffuser, but I really wish there was a way to "fix" the desired width.
