In theory this should be great for organizing an office. It didn't work for me. My base cabinets are deep, a cave you have to crawl into to find something, so I was hoping that would be the solution. The problem I have is that while the internal height was enough to fit in, the slide out mechanism is almost 2 inches tall, which doesn't seem like a big deal until you're trying to fit large cutting boards and baking utensils in it. In addition, it only lengthens by about 2/3. For my purposes this is of little use, but for those with taller interior cabinets this might work just fine.
