Looks the same as the picture. Very nice vintage atmosphere. Neat, strong stitching and no loose threads. Most importantly, cotton feels like cotton. If you're looking for a plush or microfiber feel, this isn't for you. The weight is perfect. Not thick and heavy and not so thin that it's thin. It's breathable comfort. seems well done. Wash cold once / hang dry no problem. The only real issue is that the length is a bit short for a bunk bed. As you can see, at the foot end of the bed it's lowered enough to cover a standard mattress. At the top there is a good sized uncovered area. over the leg. Hardly pulled up to the foot of the bed, it does not hang down at all. It still has an open area at the top. No problem for me with this particular purchase as I bought for my large toddler. But I wanted her to be able to use it for years, so it's a bummer. I would also like to buy another model for my son's loft bed, but it would be too short for him. If it were a foot or so longer it would be perfect. The washing instructions were confusing as some areas say dry clean only, others wash cold and tumble dry. I washed in cold water, dried a little, and then aired it for 30 minutes and everything was fine. We're not in the "dry cleaning" family, so hopefully it will hold up to frequent washing. I would recommend if the short length is not an issue for your needs.
