Damaged Product: Golf Balls
I received my order and found that 3/4 of the balls were damaged. I contacted the manufacturer on Revain's instructions, but no response from them for more than two weeks. Damaged balls had 2-3 spots on each ball where the dimples on the ball were raised, the balls were rough and rolled unevenly. I understand that sometimes damaged products end up with the customer. However, it is unacceptable for a customer to request approval twice and not receive a response after a few weeks.
