At first I couldn't figure out how to open the clasp. I took it to my jeweler and he showed me how to put my finger through the clasp while pushing up to undo it. Suddenly everything worked perfectly! I figured I would have to replace the strap or clasp to save the watch. A) You cannot change the group. and B) you don't have to change the clasp. You just have to know the trick to open it. He also took out some links to fit my small wrist. The frame is big but I like it that way. I LOVE my new Mickey watch!
