Doesn't Rotate Properly (Modified)

They are great for hanging things, but when rotated, they unscrew when rotated. It can be unscrewed from above or where it needs to be twisted from below. On the other hand, these include bolts, dowels, and screws, although the screws are much longer than they need to be. It rotates normally if you only tighten the screw to the limit!
