When I bought the fryer (nuwave), I also received an accessory set with a baking tray. It didn't take long for the nonstick coating to peel off. Not wanting to "eat" the top of the food I was baking, I looked around and found a replacement Aayu skillet. They informed me when the item was shipped and I received it on time. So far I find the casserole dish a lot better than the one it replaced. I love its design as the handle stays up just enough for me to easily remove the pot when it's hot. And while its non-stick coating does not peel off.
