I have been using this filter for many years and just bought it for my daughter. I swore it I can tell when the filter needs replacing as I'm starting to see a difference in my skin (wrinkles) and redness/irritation in my eyes. I also notice a deterioration in my hair health and hair color when a filter change is overdue. Once I switch it up my skin and hair look and feel much better after a second shower. I even use shower water to wash my hands instead of washing water because if I don't, dry hands and wrinkles are very different! The filter is very easy to change and the price is right!
