Update: I was offered a replacement with no shipping so I'm trying again. Concept and design are functional and appealing. I'll update once I get #2. Does not work in program mode. First he just sucked in without sealing, then he sucked in and sealed and now he just sealed without sucking. I read the instructions, toggled on/off, watched YT videos. I think I have a defective machine. I tried calling support but no one answered. I also emailed them. expectation. If I don't get an answer, I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
