Doesn't connect to Bluetooth. Cannot connect with USB cable

Worked great for a while. I then had trouble connecting to Bluetooth on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I've tried removing it from Bluetooth and then reconnecting. I can't get my phone to find it. And I can't get my kid's tablet to find it. All I hear is a static radio station playing Old Country. That sucks. Not worth the money.
