The first arm setup went well but the second arm had problem after problem. a little. It wasn't until I got over this and decided not to move the monitor much and decided to install a second monitor that I realized it was crooked. I thought maybe it was a monitor whose screws weren't straight, so I removed the first monitor and put it on the second mount only to find that the part of the VESA connector on the second mount was bent. It bothered me so much I just had to take my whole arm off and was basically just an arm monitor. I am giving this one star because the single arm monitor stand is not what I wanted
