The best thing about this software for me personally was that I could easily share files with other users without having them download it first, which saved time! Also there were no problems when sharing documents or sending emails from work related stuff as well as personal ones between coworkers who are not using any form of email provider like Gmail etc., just truetrue@gmail.com address would do fine.
So far nothing much has been negative so its pretty good overall but maybe add more options while making folders? Maybe create different types instead of only one folder type per file format (e g pdf). A bit costly compared to others similar products out here however worth every penny if you're looking into something better than MS Office alternatives then go ahead otherwise try before buying :) It's great because we can have all sorts of formats within each document stored together rather than being separated individually under their respective subfolders inside specific directories/subdirectories where they belong separately depending upon what kind of.
