The product itself is pretty good. It is thin and easy to apply without being greasy. You can really feel it working as there is a very slight tingling sensation on your skin. Since I don't have sensitive skin, it burns quite easily, but it didn't bother me. I'm not sure if this can bother people with very sensitive skin. It dries fairly quickly and doesn't leave a greasy/sticky feel on the skin. I've only noticed a slight reduction in puffiness, but I love the fact that skin stays soft throughout the day without feeling greasy. The applicator is great! It's like a tiny roller deodorant with a metal ball that the serum rolls on, although the tube is about the thickness of a lip balm tube and a bit longer. It's convenient to carry/travel and is SO easy to apply. The small applicator is easy to use, which is especially important for the eye area. Great that you don't have to grease your fingers when applying (which my iPhone appreciates!). I wish other companies would include this design in some of their facial products (particularly the under-eye ones). Overall I am very satisfied and impressed.
