Very easy to set up. You only need a Phillips screwdriver to attach each tier together. Seems durable. There are hooks to hang the stackable tiers separately. I'm not sure how much weight it can hold. The same company has about 3 inches longer for the same price. But I had already bought it before I came across it. Decided to leave this one to avoid harming the environment. Really happy customer! I love how he was still able to organize all of my teas and snacks. I will be buying more of these multifunctional organizers
