I have a small foot - size 6 and I understand the need for support but some of the leg straps are just plain painful. Boarding is almost impossible and uncomfortable. I was afraid that my circulation would stop! Holding on with stretch, ice, heat and a good heel pad did the trick. Haven't used all items. I will update when I do
