The doctor recommended taping but after seeing this I wanted to try it before messing with the weekly taping! This is such a help! I can walk pain free again! I like the sleeve with built in arch support. I can wear it with all shoes!

I have problems with foot and knee pain. I felt much better and the pain was more manageable. I like the compression sleeves and arch support sleeves best, they are silky, stretchy and firm elastic, so comfortable. Other items work great too, even free shoe inserts. I have a small foot - size 6 and I understand the need for support but some of the leg straps are just plain painful. Boarding is almost impossible and uncomfortable. I was afraid that my circulation would stop! Holding on with stretch, ice, heat and a good heel pad did the trick. Haven't used all items. I will update when I do

I like this set because I wasn't sure what style product I wanted and it had the most of them. I have size 9 women's clothing and bought a small one. The full silicone cases/pads were a bit large but everything else fitted perfectly. The compression sleeve and gel padded fabric sleeve are my favorites. Overall happy with fit and quality. I washed the compression sleeve in the cold, dried the fishing line, everything is fine, I didn't try to wash the rest.
