I actually ordered the wrong size, but my knee didn't hurt when I walked. I called the shock doctor directly to ask if they thought I needed a larger size because I felt like this was blocking my circulation but keeping my knee from hurting so should I just go with it? They said I need a larger size and sent it to me the same day! Now that I'm the right size, I've been able to walk 15 miles without much pain. Slight pain after a few hours from stiffness but no pain the next day. This brace is helping my foot heal as I prepare to race! I also have the 868 mode to wear to work or around the house if it bothers me. These Shock Doctor braces are amazing at an affordable price.
