Great customer service / these braces work!

I actually ordered the wrong size, but my knee didn't hurt when I walked. I called the shock doctor directly to ask if they thought I needed a larger size because I felt like this was blocking my circulation but keeping my knee from hurting so should I just go with it? They said I need a larger size and sent it to me the same day! Now that I'm the right size, I've been able to walk 15 miles without much pain. Slight pain after a few hours from stiffness but no pain the next day. This brace is…

It looks like they are great but not the right size.

My son is a freshman football lineman and requires knee brace/protection. I didn't want to overstate the first year of his career as the lineman's suspenders cost over $200 each! I originally bought them in XL but they were too small for my son so I sent them back. I measured just below the knee (as suggested) and he is 16 inches tall so the XXL should have fit and I bought the XX. When he tried them on they were smaller than the XL which I returned. He had to work very hard. It's hard to get…

Fantastic braces! Best in Medical Supplies and Equipment

Absolutely the best purchase I've made in the last year! I had a torn meniscus and couldn't play any sport without injuring my knee. I ordered this brace in a desperate attempt to get active and I was not disappointed. I have never had any injuries or pain while wearing it; I even did an intense hike through Big Bend to Emory Peak and then Mount Guadalupe Peak just six weeks after my knee flared up and nothing stopped it! I even tripped over some rocks and would definitely have been in a lot of

GOOD product but HORRIBLE size chart. - Don't waste your time.

I was excited when I ordered and it arrived and sad when it arrived. Functionally, it serves its purpose. But the sizing is wrong. Measure below the kneecap as instructed but when I went to put it on it was too small as it took some effort to put on and even more effort to take off. Assuming it will stretch with some use, it doesn't. Since then I've worn it several times, including for sports and washing, and it's still too tight. With this in mind, I decided to return it and, in principle…

Great fit and finish but unusual size.

I bought this brace as a replacement because I couldn't find my current one. The shoulder strap is very well constructed with quality materials. 5 stars there. The size is a bit strange. I ordered medium as my current medium was medium (different brand), it was snug, wore it all day and found that by the end of the day I had chafing from the top of the metal inserts on either side. my thigh. It was partly my fault due to the size, but if you look inside you can see the roughness right where the

Small Size, Oversized

PRO: Very well constructed Looks athletic CONS: Small oversized, oversized sizing chart can be incredibly difficult (especially with painful injuries). I was about to send it back when I realized: put the pant leg through the splint first. Then slide your foot into the pant leg until you can no longer move. Then pull the trouser leg over the strut with one hand and at the same time pull the strut over the knee hole with the other hand. To remove, pull on the bottom of the leg and at the same…

I have robot knees for leg and foot rest

I bought these to wear to the gym. I've always had problems with my right knee and after an injury at work I felt that I needed extra support when working out in the gym. I'm a big fan of the gym and wear them to every workout. My knees are supported and I feel much better than ever after my workout. When using them for squats, I lift up to 415 pounds in sets and they feel secure. The only issue I had was the seams on the outside of each knee came apart around the top of the lower pivot arm…
