Absolutely the best purchase I've made in the last year! I had a torn meniscus and couldn't play any sport without injuring my knee. I ordered this brace in a desperate attempt to get active and I was not disappointed. I have never had any injuries or pain while wearing it; I even did an intense hike through Big Bend to Emory Peak and then Mount Guadalupe Peak just six weeks after my knee flared up and nothing stopped it! I even tripped over some rocks and would definitely have been in a lot of pain if I hadn't put the bandage on, but I did, and I shook it off and continued my seven-mile hike. The only downside (if one can complain at all about this brace) is that it became uncomfortable after wearing it in the car for more than five hours, but that's not a problem I have every day and as long as I can remember taking it . Switching off before a long drive, that's great!
