Great chair, very functional, works as advertised except no mention of the seat cushion being very hard. Don't get me wrong, this has some benefits, but it's not enough! In general, work chairs have a slightly larger cushion than this one. I've been using it at my desk for months and have to get up after a few hours to take the pressure off my butt and get the blood flowing again. Did I mention the seat cushion is hard? I love how the chair encourages me to sit up straight and has helped with my posture and upper back pain but now I have Cayster pain. Well it gets numb then when I stand up - pain as the blood starts flowing again. If the seat wasn't unbearable for more than an hour or two at a time I would fully support you with a purchase! But unfortunately try to find one where the seat cushion gives more. I sat on horse saddles with softer padding. Oh yeah, for you gentlemen, be sure to get yourself a split saddle chair. If you don't, it's going to put pressure on a fairly sensitive area, and you don't need THAT pressure. Don't ask me how I know that.
