This is an amazing product. I'm both a MAC user and a PC and it was easy for me to convert it to a format available for both MAC and PC. Western had simple instructions on how to find, access, and subscribe on their support site. I'm not a programmer or an IT guru, so I might even be able to do it in no time. Once this was done I was able to transfer all my data and files to the hard drive and free up the necessary hard drive space. It's light, portable and fast. Now I can access data between my MAC and PC. If you need a ride I recommend this one unreservedly. The price was right and it was sold out. Great for a street warrior like me.
