I don't know why but I have always preferred Skechers as I have a wide foot. I have always been happy with the quality and comfort of their shoes. These shoes are great for theme park trips and just about anything that involves a lot of running or a lazy Friday etc. They really do have a memory foam feel with that extra cushioning or springy feel. This is not a running shoe so don't expect a lot of traction on grass etc when walking.
