Review on 🪑 Merel Mid Century Modern Fabric Club Chair: Dark Teal/Natural by Christopher Knight Home by Trevor Palmer

Really nice chair and easy to assemble. However, it's not portable enough for anything other than casual use. The armrests are so low that you can't rest your elbows on them as the seat cushion is almost non-flexing, so you sit a few inches higher than the armrests. Also, the seatback drops too far to sit back comfortably. To give some perspective I'm only 5ft 3in but I'm a tall size and even I at 198 pounds can hardly get a pillow to give away. At 5ft 3in, my back rests just below my shoulder blades. After sitting in it for a couple of hours a day for two weeks, it hadn't softened at all. Too bad because it's a nice chair. I would return it if it wasn't so cheap it wasn't worth sending back.
