The strap lives for about 2 years, then it collapses from contact with sweat (new Chinese ones cost a penny, they live the same amount). Batteries also last about 2 years when worn. The main problem is poor readability and backlighting. Having bought more expensive shocks, I practically stopped wearing them. Some pros: Inexpensive. Very light. Well protected. Standard for G-Shock functionality. With its cons: Mediocre readability of the hands (silver against the background of the mirror substrate of the display and the mirror dial) Poor backlight (one orange LED at the bottom, the display is not backlit).
