The headrest is a great addition and I would recommend it to anyone considering it. The Carbon H3 is a perfect match for my classic Aeron graphite chair. I preferred Atlas because it's smaller (looks better in a chair) and cheaper. The mesh on the headrest isn't the most comfortable material, but it's ok and matches the chair's mesh. I gave 1 star because: a) The mesh on the first one I got from Revain was a bit crooked - didn't look right (see picture). The second was ok. b) $150 is too much for a headrest. I'm buying this though, so once Engineered Now figure out that intersection of supply and demand, they'll have more options. c) I was disappointed with Engineered Now's customer service. When I called them about the crooked network, all I got was a "virtual receptionist" who couldn't put me through to anyone. All she could do was take the message and pass it on to someone who could call me back when they were free. That's not how you run a business that sells headrests for $150 chairs.
