It's really handy to have a headset on hand when you need it, but not have to deal with cords or worry about earbuds falling out. The microphone isn't great at picking up my voice, so I usually have to raise my voice. Sometimes I can get sound from the device to some degree, but other times it's very difficult to hear me. If you are willing to put forth a little effort (like getting a good pair of headphones), then this product will work for you. There are plenty of audio applications available in the market today, but nothing beats being able to see someone during video calls. This helps keep conversations going without having to rely solely on text chat.
