Gradually I lost the ability to hold a charge
I gave it one star but I realized that when it works it works great so I changed it to three stars. The battery stayed charged for three weeks, initially using twice a day, then gradually dropped to one day over six months, and now, 10 months after I received it, it only works once after charging. I wouldn't recommend this device unless you don't mind buying one every few months.
