This is the second unit I have ordered. It's also broken. Since this 10x lighted makeup mirror got such good reviews, I figured this would be just what I needed. The first arrived with on and off errors. It varied in the number of times it took to turn it on and off. Sometimes it took 2 to 15 clicks to turn it on and once turned on it took a different number of clicks to turn it off. Sometimes, even after many clicks, it would NOT turn on, and when it decided to turn it on, the same as turning it off. I took out the batteries because it wouldn't turn off after turning it on and sent it back. I got my replacement unit today and you know what? That is the same! I will send the second one back and look for other brands. It's sad because I really liked it for its size, magnification and compactness. RA, Titusville, Florida.
