Apparently my postman thinks he must play for the NFL, when I received my bowls they were surprisingly intact. I was a bit shocked because there were two holes punched in the side of the box where something like 1.5 to 2 inches was punched more than once and when it fell off. The postman took the idea literally and nearly threw it away. I was happy to see that although the box had clearly been through third hell when it got to me, the bowls were safe and sound in their thick little nest of packaging foam. My cat loves the box and I haven't gotten rid of it yet either.
