I bought this stand for a 64 inch Samsung TV. This stand is solid, looks good and holds the TV very well. It also has adjustable traps for extra TV protection. The assembly is simple and uncomplicated. It has a swivel function that feels comfortable. In other reviews I've seen some buyers say the pivot mechanism is too loose and has too much play. Do you really have to touch the TV to make it spin? YES SIR. Will it mysteriously move on its own? NO. Conclusion: This stand does what it's supposed to and I recommend it to anyone who wants a good, solid TV stand. UPDATE: Five months after installing this TV mount. mysteriously dislodged from their place, and some even detached altogether. In addition, the TV is tilted from top to front. To compensate, I had to put a block of wood as a "spacer" between the stand post and the back of the TV. I originally gave this TV mount 5 stars due to the offset of the base pads and the forward tilt of the top of the TV. I'm reducing my rating to 3 stars.
