Very Cute! for my opinion
Hat is absolutely adorable! Looks just like it does in the pics! It does stretch some but I wouldn't consider it stretchy. It fits my 8 month old perfectly but her head is small. I don't foresee us being able to wear it until she is 12 months but it will definitely get us through the winter!
