Okay, turtlenecks are the best in my rating
Turtlenecks are great for my 9 year old. She has to grow up a bit to wear it. The fabric is soft and stretchy. Turtleneck sweaters are well made. In time, she will wear them as part of her everyday school attire.

- It was better than the first set. There are less, really not satisfied with this brand.
Cons
- We found that these peaks are small. The arms appear particularly short.
