Personally, my opinion is a quality fake. 1. Noise and crackle from the speaker, when the headset is connected, it disappears, when disconnected, it reappears. The sound from the speaker is squeaky. 4. When connected to charging, it blinks and will blink until you remove it from charging (on the original, when the joy is charged, it turns off the indication itself) 5. Sooooo tight Touch panel button, just to press it you need to make an effort.
