Review on 📞 Panasonic KX-TG7875S Link2Cell Bluetooth Cordless Phone with Enhanced Noise Reduction by Robin Naber

This product does not work as advertised, has bugs and Panasonic customer service is terrible. I am having trouble pairing my mobile phone with this product. They advertise that it will connect to two cell phones, but it has a bug that only allows one. For a while I was able to successfully connect a cellphone to it, but eventually it started sending error messages to my cellphone and the connection would drop. This phone is a replacement for a broken Vtech phone that I've used as a landline phone for five years and successfully connected to both of my cell phones, so my cell phones are definitely not the problem. When I called Panasonic, I was initially forced to list endless advertisements for other products until I couldn't take it anymore. I hung up, called back later and finally got through to the person but only after being told that if the product wasn't guaranteed they would charge me $9.95 for support which is ridiculous. I was then told to call my phone back so they could try something on their phone which I did and was put back in an endless loop of ads and had to call back later. I ended up hiring another person who made me do the standard things I had already tried, unplug the phone, unpair, pair, but since the problem was sporadic, of course it worked as long as I was on the phone with them. but stop working later. They just told me to return the phone to Revane if the problem persists. The problem is when I do that I'm temporarily without a landline and since my landline is my business line I can't just send the phone back without getting a replacement first. If Panasonic had good service they would just send me a replacement phone and I could send the broken one back, which they wouldn't do.
