TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

**** READ/DO NOT BUY THIS REVIEW This may be my very first review for Amazon. Bought this phone a month ago. I was satisfied with the quality of the phone connection and the overall functionality of the phone. After 2 weeks of normal use, the power adapter on one of the extra phones fell apart in my hand when I unplugged it with normal force. I called Panasonic directly, assuming it was a manufacturing issue. I spoke to a nice person first and emailed the receipt and photos of the adapter. Iโ€ฆ

Avoid this product and Panisonic in general.

This product does not work as advertised, has bugs and Panasonic customer service is terrible. I am having trouble pairing my mobile phone with this product. They advertise that it will connect to two cell phones, but it has a bug that only allows one. For a while I was able to successfully connect a cellphone to it, but eventually it started sending error messages to my cellphone and the connection would drop. This phone is a replacement for a broken Vtech phone that I've used as a landlineโ€ฆ

This is my second Panasonic phone. Both are basically the same. My first set that looked exactly like this lasted about 3-4 years. My second phone is replacing the first as about half of the phones have started to have problems e.g. B. when answering a call, the other interlocutor cannot hear me, etc. There are no problems with charging. I really liked the Panasonic set and after careful research I decided to buy this set again. The pros outweigh the cons in my book. This is one of thoseโ€ฆ
