Review on 📞 Panasonic KX-TG7875S Link2Cell Bluetooth Cordless Phone with Enhanced Noise Reduction by Jerry Eintertainment

**** READ/DO NOT BUY THIS REVIEW This may be my very first review for Amazon. Bought this phone a month ago. I was satisfied with the quality of the phone connection and the overall functionality of the phone. After 2 weeks of normal use, the power adapter on one of the extra phones fell apart in my hand when I unplugged it with normal force. I called Panasonic directly, assuming it was a manufacturing issue. I spoke to a nice person first and emailed the receipt and photos of the adapter. I have not claimed any damages and just wanted to replace the power supply/base. I then received a series of 2 calls consisting of calls and talks from Panasonic. I can't remember ever being spoken to so rudely. They accused me of hitting him with a sledgehammer and running him over. They said I obviously broke it myself or someone in my house broke it and wouldn't even believe my story to be true. They were fixated on me sending the adapter back to them to have their experts check it out, only to send me documentation that I did it. I can't imagine what you think I'll gain by inventing any of this. I could easily buy another phone if I broke it myself and just did it. I'm a consumer who paid hard earned money for a product that didn't work properly. I don't believe in Panasonic and will not buy another Panasonic product. I can't believe the likely $5 cut is worth all my dislike for your company.
