24 grams of sugar alcohol that saturates all other potentially healthy flavors, peanuts are even spongy because so much sugar alcohol is absorbed into it. The bar should weigh no more than 8 grams, and the remaining 16+ is used to add more peanuts. Also, the choice to make artificially flavored chocolate frosting is confusing when so many protein bars only use unsweetened chocolate with a bit of cocoa butter. The only good thing I have to say about this purchase was that it was only $8 instead of $20 or so for twelve 30g bars.
