The product was missing screws and the threads on the screws were mismatched
I was very happy to install this in my new car but my package only had 2 of the 3 screws needed to install the shift knob. Okay it's not a big deal but when I installed the 2 screws that came with the kit I noticed that the thread I was trying to screw in was very poorly made. I couldn't even get the 2 screws to attach the shift knob. I tried to contact the seller but couldn't. I've spent close to $100 on a shift knob and I expect it to be at least functional!
