Returns Cannot be opened

I really wanted to love this case, I liked the protective film. BUT, I've been trying to open it for over an hour. The instructions received weren't even for this phone case. This case does not have a "notch in the lower right corner" as shown in the diagrams. I don't need a case that I have to struggle to get my phone out of. Should be easy, life, snap into place, but it's not. I will continue my quest for something better with instructions to match the product.
